This project adds a new entry sequence, modifies the interior layout and adds/expands the floor plan with a new element that takes advantage of the rear yard ravine and ocean views. The existing structure was saved and reworked to open the floor plan and try to promote a stronger relationship to the site, including the front yard garden area and the rear yard ravine.                                          back to projects
